The “Real Estate Shark,” Agent BLÅHAJ was out to prove that IKEA has bespoke solutions that can turn any space into a happy home, no matter how small. The mission was to rent out a real 10m2 apartment in Tokyo’s city center, fully furnished with IKEA solutions for the insanely low price of 99 yen per month *exclusively for IKEA Family Members.
